ABOUT US

Founded in 2013 as a player centered, development oriented organization that keeps baseball in the proper prospective. Currently fielding 9 teams across 12U-17U classifications.

Mission Statement

 

To use baseball as a teaching tool to instill hard work, and to teach the importance of encouraging your teammates, approaching your teammates and your opponents with a spirit of humility, and creating a team that loves one another.  It is the mission of the Nashville Select to a different program in this market.  A program that keeps baseball in its proper perspective while at the same time striving to compete at high levels and creating young men that love their teammates as well as the game of baseball.

Vision and Philosophy

  • Player Centered

    • Not "parent centered". Parents will not be making decisions when it comes to line-up, positions, etc.  Our job is not to please the parents.  Our job is to teach your sons how to play the game right and how to play the game well.

    • Not “coach centered”.  Our ego will not depend on our win/loss record.  We are not here for ourselves.  This is a ministry for us, an opportunity for us to build relationships with young men that love baseball.

    • Priorities: Faith, Family, School, Baseball​

    • Multiple sports, multiple positions, A true team, committed parents,  ​coaches that encourage and teach
