Coaches Mission Statement
Train young men to play the game that they love freely because they know that they are loved by the Lord, their parents, their coaches, and their teammates regardless of how well they play and regardless of how good they are. We want to free young me up to be the person and player they are created to be.

As coaches, our job is not to please the parent. Our job is to teach your son how to play the game right and how to play well. This is a ministry, an opportunity for us to build relationships with young men that love baseball. We have seen so many young people lose their passion for competition and we will seek to fight against that by focusing on a positive experience through relationship, and encouragement.
Coaches will not discuss playing time with parents.
We do guarantee your son will play 50% of the time.
